The Corn Barn is a beautifully converted and tastefully furnished three bedroomed cottage at Boskennal.
The cottage has reverse level accommodation with a large spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the upper floor,
and the three bedrooms and bathrooms on the gound floor.
French doors from the spacious lounge lead to a balcony which affords spectacular views over St Michael’s Mount and Mount’s Bay.
There is a patio set for those beautiful evenings and a hot tub where some spectacular sunsets can be seen. The balcony
is fully enclosed and is therefore suitable and safe for children, and there is a view over the farm where children can watch and even meet
some of the animals during your stay with us.
The fully fitted farmhouse pine kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, together with a breakfast bar with
high stools, as well as a large pine dining table and chairs for the family evening meal.
The master double bedroom has a wrought iron bedstead with comfortable double mattress, and comes with two fitted pine wardrobes and pine
dressing table.
The second bedroom has pine bunk beds and the third bedroom has a single room with fully fitted pine units.
The fully tiled family bathroom has shower over the bath, basin and WC.
Ample parking space is available alongside the cottage.
Included in the weekly rate is electricity and full oil central heating, as well as oil for the log-effect oil stove. Bed linen and towels
are provided.
Please note that cot linen and beach towels are not provided, please bring your own if required.
Arrival/departure day is Saturday. Arrival time is after 3.00p.m. but you may drop off luggage before this. Departure time is before 10.00a.m.
The cottage is available to non smokers only. Regret no pets.
